After you complete onboarding and upload your base resume, our AI pipeline automatically scrapes fresh job listings daily, matches them to your profile, and uses Claude AI to rewrite your resume specifically for each job — optimizing for ATS systems. You log in to your dashboard to see results, download documents, and track applications.
Most clients see their first batch of tailored resumes within 24–48 hours of account activation. The pipeline runs every day, so new jobs and resumes are added automatically as long as your account is active.
Just three things: complete the onboarding (5 minutes), upload your base resume, and wait for activation. Once our team activates your account, everything else is fully automated.

The pipeline pauses automatically when your quota is exhausted. No new resumes will be submitted until you upgrade your plan or your quota is renewed. You can always download and use resumes that have already been generated.
