These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by ZUVA FX Technologies ("ZUVA," "we," "us," or "our") through our website at https://www.zuvafxtechnologies.com and any related platforms.
By accessing or using ZUVA, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Service.
1. Description of Service
What ZUVA Does
ZUVA is a managed, AI-powered job automation platform. Our team configures and operates an automated pipeline that fetches relevant job listings, generates ATS-optimized tailored resumes using artificial intelligence, and submits applications on behalf of registered clients.
Managed Service Model
ZUVA operates as a managed service. Clients provide their profile, job preferences, and resume during onboarding. Our team and automation pipeline handle job discovery, resume tailoring, and application submission. Clients have read-only visibility into the pipeline activity through their dashboard.
No Guarantee of Employment
ZUVA does not guarantee job interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. We provide automation and optimization tools designed to maximize your application reach and quality, but hiring decisions are made solely by employers.
2. Account Registration & Eligibility
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use ZUVA. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Google Account
Client accounts are created exclusively via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for all activities that occur under your ZUVA account.
Account Activation
After completing onboarding, your account enters a "pending" state. Account activation is subject to review by the ZUVA team and may be declined at our discretion. There is no fee for account activation.
Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during onboarding and to update such information as necessary. ZUVA relies on the accuracy of your profile to deliver the Service effectively.
3. Client Responsibilities
Resume & Profile Accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and completeness of all information in your profile and resume. ZUVA does not verify the accuracy of qualifications, work experience, or credentials you provide.
Professional Conduct
By using ZUVA, you authorize us to apply to jobs on your behalf using information you have provided. You represent that all information submitted in applications is true and accurate.
Interview Responsibility
You are responsible for attending any interviews that result from applications submitted on your behalf, and for all communications with potential employers after application.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use ZUVA to submit applications for positions you are not qualified for, to misrepresent your identity or qualifications, to collect job market data, or for any unlawful purpose.
4. Quota & Usage Limits
Free Tier Quota
Each account starts with a fixed number of resume sends (quota). When quota is exhausted, the pipeline will not submit additional applications until quota is renewed or upgraded.
Quota Non-Transferable
Quota is non-transferable between accounts and does not roll over between billing periods.
Pipeline Triggers
Only ZUVA administrators may trigger the automation pipeline. Clients do not have the ability to manually trigger, pause, or modify pipeline runs.
5. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of your original resume and any content you provide. By uploading your resume, you grant ZUVA a limited, non-exclusive license to process, modify, and use your resume content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
AI-Generated Documents
Tailored resumes and cover letters generated by ZUVA's AI pipeline are derived works based on your original content. You own the generated documents and may use them as you see fit.
Platform Ownership
ZUVA's platform, software, design, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of ZUVA FX Technologies. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://www.zuvafxtechnologies.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Account Termination
By You
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting support@zuvafxtechnologies.com. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
By ZUVA
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine you have violated these Terms, provided false information, or engaged in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ZUVA DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULTS WILL BE ACHIEVED FROM USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING JOB INTERVIEWS OR EMPLOYMENT OFFERS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZUVA FX TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, LOST REVENUE, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page and, where appropriate, notifying you via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
12. Refund Policy
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@zuvafxtechnologies.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Refund Eligibility
ZUVA offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund by emailing support@zuvafxtechnologies.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not available after the 7-day window, for partial billing periods, or for accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations. Quota consumed during the refund period will not affect refund eligibility.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
